Tiny Explorers Daycare – Terms and Conditions

To ensure high-quality and safe early childhood education, we kindly ask all parents to read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Schedules and Changes

Our daycare operates five days a week from Monday to Friday from 7.30 AM to 5.00 PM. Each child’s weekly attendance can be either three, four or five days a week. Daycare fees are based on the days reserved.

Any changes to a child’s attendance must be communicated directly to the daycare in advance.

Registration, Fees, and Absences

  • Fees must be paid monthly to the daycare’s bank account by mid-month, according to the invoice.
  • Paid fees are non-refundable, including in case of cancellation.
  • Fees are distributed evenly over 12 months. A 50% discount applies to July fees.
  • The daycare is closed in July, on national holidays, and from December 22nd to January 6th.
  • Fees must be paid monthly to the daycare’s bank account by mid-month, according to the invoice.
  • No refunds are issued for absences, illness, or family holidays.
  • Healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack are included in the fee.
  • All children are fully insured during daycare hours.

Termination and Changes in Attendance

  • Changes to attendance must be communicated at least one calendar month in advance using the “Attendance Change” form.
  • If a child is withdrawing from Tiny Explorers Daycare, this must be communicated in writing two full calendar months in advance.

Example: For withdrawal on June 30th, notice must be given by April 31st.

Pick-Up and Safety

  • Children will only be released to adults listed on the registration form. If someone else is picking up the child, both guardians must approve the individual in advance.
  • A late pick-up fee of €40 may be charged in cases of extreme lateness.
  • For any issues related to pick-up, please contact the daycare manager directly.

What to Bring to Daycare

Please provide the following for your child:

  • Diapers and wipes (if needed)

  • Pacifiers

  • A comfort item for rest time (if needed)

  • Spare clothes

  • Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing – warm and waterproof

  • Indoor slippers

We encourage children to participate in messy activities such as painting, sand play, and water play. While aprons are provided, we recommend dressing your child in clothing that can get messy.

Acceptance and Revisions

Payment of the registration fee confirms that the parents have read and accepted the terms and policies of Tiny Explorers Daycare.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed.
